Our mission is to champion the role of American innovation, scale, and enterprise in driving progress, affordability, and access – both at home and around the world. We advocate for a fact-based understanding of how vertically integrated companies in key sectors like health care, technology, agriculture, retail, and infrastructure empower U.S. businesses to deliver better products and services, foster competition, and create opportunities for all. In an era when scale and integration are often misunderstood or unfairly maligned, our organization exists to educate, inform, and unite stakeholders around the positive impact that American business leadership brings to consumers, communities, and the global economy.
